Pool Refurbishment

Concrete & Vinyl Liner Pool Restoration Specialists

At Finishrite, we specialise in designing and building premium concrete swimming pools that are as durable as they are beautiful. Based in Auckland & Queenstown, we bring together expert craftsmanship, proven construction methods, and luxury finishes to deliver pools that elevate your entire outdoor living space.

Why Refurbish Your Pool?

Over time, pools can suffer from wear and tear caused by weather, chemical exposure, aging materials, and structural movement. Common issues we address include:

Fading, cracking, or rough pool surfaces
Leaks and water loss
Stained or damaged vinyl liners
Outdated designs and finishes
Inefficient pool equipment and plumbing

A professional refurbishment can improve not just the look of your pool, but also its safety, energy efficiency, and property value.

Concrete Pool Refurbishment

Concrete pools are known for their durability, but even the strongest structures need attention over time. Our refurbishment services for concrete pools include:

Surface Renewal: Replastering, retiling, or applying modern pebble finishes.
Structural Repairs: Crack fixes, strengthening, and waterproofing.
Design Upgrades: New steps, swim-outs, benches, or reshaping.
Tile and Coping Replacement: Modern, stylish updates for the pool’s edge and interior.

Restore the beauty and strength of your concrete pool with our tailored solutions.

Vinyl Liner Pool Refurbishment

Vinyl liner pools typically need replacement every 12–15 years. Whether it’s a simple liner swap or a full upgrade, we’ve got you covered:

Custom Liner Replacement: Modern patterns, textures, and colours to suit your style.
Leak Detection and Repair: Keep your pool watertight and efficient.
Structural Upgrades: Add steps, sun ledges, and more.
Modern Equipment Installation: Boost efficiency with new pumps, filters, and heaters.

Our premium, UV-resistant liners are built to withstand New Zealand’s tough conditions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Karl was super helpful recently with a query and went above and beyond to help. We have had our pool for about 4 years (installed by Danny) and we absolutely love it, the liner is a much nicer feel than other pool types.
